Notes:

For Mutual Understanding (black & white) the cage was modelled in a 3D software program. The colours were taken from the complete colour gamut of a Pantone spectrum, each space containing a unique hue mixed in oil. Each painting presents half the colour spectrum with no overlap. They are exact colour negatives of each other, suggesting a kind of escape effected by the bringing of the two paintings together, canceling each other out.
